Tooling Technician | Bălți, MD

To strengthen our team in Balti, Republic of Moldova, we are looking for a Tooling Technician.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar role
• Romanian language is mandatory, English language – intermediate level
• Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies and repairs faults/usage of bending and crimping tools
• Prepares necessary documents as intervention evidence
• Analyses root cause of crimping and bending tools usage and proposes corrective actions
• Analyses lifetime of crimping and bending tools
• Establishes maximum limits of tooling utilization without affecting product quality
• Knows tolerances and drawing reading and interpretation
• Detects ballbearing usage and causes that have generated them
• Knows the rules for mounting/dismounting of removable assemblies
