To strengthen our team in Balti, Republic of Moldova, we are looking for a Tooling Technician.
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Romanian language is mandatory, English language – intermediate level
- Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies and repairs faults/usage of bending and crimping tools
- Prepares necessary documents as intervention evidence
- Analyses root cause of crimping and bending tools usage and proposes corrective actions
- Analyses lifetime of crimping and bending tools
- Establishes maximum limits of tooling utilization without affecting product quality
- Knows tolerances and drawing reading and interpretation
- Detects ballbearing usage and causes that have generated them
- Knows the rules for mounting/dismounting of removable assemblies
