HR Administration & System Management
Training & Development Programs
Event Management & Team-Building Initiatives
Visa & Work Permit Support
Other HR Duties (additional HR tasks, actively contributing to continuous improvement
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with a focus on employee engagement, retention, or people management. Additional experience in related fields would be a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting employees and promoting positive workplace culture.
Proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Experience in HR administration, document management, and compliance with local labor laws.
Familiarity with HR software and tools for tracking engagement, onboarding, and employee progress.
