- HR Administration & System Management

- Visa & Work Permit Support
- Other HR Duties (additional HR tasks, actively contributing to continuous improvement
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with a focus on employee engagement, retention, or people management. Additional experience in related fields would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting employees and promoting positive workplace culture.
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Experience in HR administration, document management, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for tracking engagement, onboarding, and employee progress.
