About the position:
B2B Key Account Manager is a significant and influential role within the organization and being the main interface to B2B key customers, responsible for delivering the commitment made to the customers and strong business development in Moldova.

Key functions:
- Providing entry and exit point functionality for ASBIS B2B partners in Moldova on all issues related to the maintenance and development of profitable business, solving emerging difficulties and issues
- Interaction with partners: finding the best solutions for partners, pricing, and preparation of commercial offers, signing of agreements.
Building B2B channel
- Selected integrators (IN)/ value added resellers (VARs) development & authorization
- Orchestrating Demand Generation (DG) activities through channel
IN/VARs business planning
- Generate sales, keep regular communications and hold meetings with customers, use marketing activities and active sales to increase opportunities count
- Fulfillment of planned indicators (sales plan, KPI, reporting)
- Creation of a commercial offer and protection of the proposed solution from the client/partner
CRM / PSI reporting
- Interaction with local and central office ASBIS focus teams
- Other tasks initiated by top management related to the KAM role
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales)
- Proficiency in English
- Similar experience in B2B and project sales in IT/electronics market, banking sector, for software companies
- Experience of work in a company-system integrator / vendor is desirable
- The ability to build effective communications, establish partnerships, focus on results, the ability to rationally defend a position, the ability to inspire, perseverance, organization
- Excellent customer-orientation and networking skill
- Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making
