Conduct market research to analyze demand, competitors, clients, and partners in Moldova.
Identify promising business development opportunities.
Develop a market entry strategy for Moldova, including sales targets, budgeting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with local legislative requirements.
Recruit, train, and onboard local staff; build and manage a sales team.
Seek new clients, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
Expand partnerships with local suppliers and carriers.
Implement a marketing strategy, organize advertising campaigns, and participate in industry events.
Coordinate operational activities, including logistics and resource management.
Monitor performance and prepare regular reports.
Analyze sales effectiveness and adjust strategy as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in logistics and sales of logistics services required;
Experience in management;
Higher education, preferably in economics, logistics, commerce or management;
Fluency in Russian, Romanian, knowledge of English will be considered a big advantage;
Confident experience in B2B sales in the service sector;
Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Leadership qualities, ambition, focus on results.
