Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales department
Hire, train, and mentor new sales representatives
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract trucking companies and owner-operators
Meet sales targets by effectively managing the team
Track performance and submit reports on sales activities
Use CRM tools to manage leads
Collaborate with dispatchers and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements
Proven experience as B2B Sales Manager/Director (minimum 2 years)
Fluent in English, Russian and Romanian, both written and spoken
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
