IT Security Analyst

IT Security Analyst will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining the company’s IT Security.
Reports to VP Support, Services, IT Manager

Responsibilities in conjunction with the IT Manager

• Designs, implements, and maintains effective ISMS tailored to OpenLM’s needs
• IT Asset Management
• Risk Management
• Change Management
• Business Continuity Plan

Responsible for

• Cyber Security Assessment and Management
• Threat assessment and management
• Privacy assessment and management
• Cataloging all security incidents and ensuring the security gaps are remediated
• Prepares documentation and processes tied to IT security and compliance
• Fills out security questionnaires provided by customers and prospects
• Analyzes the requirements by customers and prospects and works out how to better improve OpenLM’s compliance with the current security standards
• Prepares the company for required security certifications such as ISO 27001

Requirement:

• Experience with key IT security compliance standards
• Experience with process documentation
• Extra advantageous experience:
• Understanding networking, firewalls, antivirus
• Experience with ITAM, BCP
