Bartender

Main responsibilities include:

• Providing professional, efficient and courteous service to all customers
• Ensuring that all working areas are clean and tidy at all times
• Responsible for setting up of bar area
• Re-stocking the bar and cellar
• Preparing and serving drinks, including Cocktails
• Thorough working knowledge of food & beverage menus and ability to guide guest as necessary

Personal requirements

• Min. 2 years’ experience in Food and Drink field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian
• Highly organized and flexible
• Beverage Knowledge
