Ensuring that all working areas are clean and tidy at all times
Responsible for setting up of bar area
Re-stocking the bar and cellar
Preparing and serving drinks, including Cocktails
Thorough working knowledge of food & beverage menus and ability to guide guest as necessary
Personal requirements
Min. 2 years’ experience in Food and Drink field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian
Highly organized and flexible
