Ultra Fog is hiring a Logistics specialist for the branch in Chisinau.

The future employee will have to agree to diligent and careful work, in particular:

• Preparing the time schedule of the Service Engineers
• Ensure that Service Engineers receive all the necessary information and documentation in order that they can carry out their work properly.
• To arrange delivery of spare parts directly to the Customer
• Coordination of travel logistics.
• Preparation of necessary documents for travel/work.

Preparation of all documents required for entry to customer premises:

• Coordination of the delivery of materials for various projects.
• Contact with the transportation company.
• Cooperation with other group companies.
• Knowledge of the English is mandatory
