Sales Team Leader (Business Class, $2,500+)

Intro
We are a fast-growing online travel agency looking for a Team Leader to manage our remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach agents by listening to their calls and giving them instructions on how to sell better
• Enforce rules and guidelines, check everything your team does, be 100% in charge
• Manage performance, conduct 1-on-1s, answer questions, solve conflicts (training provided)
• Conduct weekly meetings where you teach the whole team
• Help find flight options in the GDS (training provided)

Work Conditions

• salary between $1,500 and $3,000+ depending on your performance
• possibility to go fully remote in the future

Desired Experience

• at least 12 months of experience as a travel consultant (sales)

Will be considered

• candidates with similar experience in sales (not travel), but you will start your onboarding as a sales agent for 1-3 months in order to learn the basics
• candidates with no sales experience, but you will start your onboarding as a sales agent for 1-6 months
