System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including computers, phone applications, and company systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage company computers, networks, and IT systems
• Install, configure, and update software and phone applications used
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure
• Manage user accounts, access control, and software licensing
• Implement backups, updates, and data recovery procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, as well as mobile device management
• Experience with installing, managing, and troubleshooting phone applications and computer systems
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency (oral and written)
