- Planning drivers’ schedules (departure to work/return home).
- Maintain relationships with assigned drivers.
- Keep up-to-date driver document records.
- Work in a software company.
- Solve problems that arise during the work process.
- Register and resolve driver complaints.
- Handle driver salary information.
- Be proficient in English (both spoken and written) and Russian.
- Have good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment.
- Be skilled in time management and working under pressure.
- Be positive, helpful, and flexible.
- Have stress resilience.
