• Handle booking and reservation requests based on clients' preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and support.
• Work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
• GDS knowledge.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• A passion for learning and growing within the luxury travel industry.
• Availability to work late shifts.
