US Software Solutions is looking for a Recruiter Specialist to join our team. As a Recruiter Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent on the USA market with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers in order to establish accurate hiring needs;
• Prepare job descriptions and recruit on various job boards;
• Identify, acquire, assess, headhunt, and screen candidates' resumes;
• Perform interviews to identify the best talents for the company's open vacancies;
• Work closely with the marketing team to prepare hiring posters, texts, and catchy advertisements for social media;
• Filling and managing HR documents (e.g., agreements, employment records and onboarding guides);
• Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information;
• Organize and maintain employee personal records.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting is an advantage;
• Advanced spoken and written English is a must;
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
