Responsibilities:

• Negotiate competitive rates with brokers based on the current market;
• Plan and schedule drivers' routes;
• To follow assigned trucks and give instructions to the drivers;
• To solve unexpected issues faced by the drivers and support the drivers with the necessary information;
• Plan, coordinate, and manage loads efficiently and cost-effectively;
• This is to ensure the transport paperwork is correctly received.

Requirements:

• Fluent, conversational English
• Proven experience as a truck dispatcher
• Open-minded
• Long-term worker
• Good user of Microsoft Office
