Our priority is to help air passengers to get compensation from airlines when their flight gets canceled, delayed, or overbooked.
If you have an excellent verbal and written communication skills in english, english/french, english/italian, english/portuguese languages, or maybe all of them, then this job is for you!
Your responsibilities?
- Promptly responding to customer queries via live chat and social media channels
- Maintaining a polite, helpful and professional manner at all times
- Communicate effectively with the customer support team
- Achieve work targets productively

Requirements?
- Upper-intermediate or fluent English
- Knowledge of Italian, French or Portuguese is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude
- Organizational skills, ability to work independently with manager-led coaching
