Your Role:

• Act as the key point of contact for our drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs to provide tailored logistics solutions
• Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure on-time delivery and high customer service
• Monitor and optimize dispatch processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build successful cooperation with customers and drivers
• Multi-tasking, negociation and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in logistics is a plus
• Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00
