Truck Dispatch Trainer

We are looking for a Truck Dispatch Trainer to lead training sessions and develop new dispatchers to ensure they are fully equipped to manage trucking operations efficiently. If you have solid experience in truck dispatching and enjoy mentoring and developing teams, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new dispatchers on industry best practices and company processes
• Develop training materials, scripts, and guidelines for dispatching operations
• Teach load planning, negotiation strategies, and effective communication with drivers and brokers
• Ensure that dispatchers can efficiently manage trucks and handle daily operations
• Monitor the performance of the trainees and guide them after completing the training
• Collaborate with the management team to improve dispatch performance and efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher (Reefer, Van, Flatbed, Step Deck, RGN) minimum 2 years
• Strong understanding of load booking, negotiations, and driver management
• Ability to train dispatchers to manage 5-7 trucks and handle owner-operators efficiently
• Fluent in English, Russian and Romanian (oral and written)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
