What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with bookings, itinerary changes, and post-travel support.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and effective solutions.
  • Work closely with sales and booking teams to enhance customer interactions.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service processes.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in travel or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+); additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-first approach.
  • Availability to work from the office.
