Responsibilities:
- Advising customers on booking and purchasing airline tickets.
- Working with airline ticket reservation systems.
- Conducting ticket sales.
- Providing information about flights, fares, and special offers.
- Ability to handle objections and find individual approaches to each client.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the aviation sector.
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
- Knowledge of computer programs and reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo will be an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
