As a part of our transformation initiative, we're seeking an SAP R2R Consultant to provide expert advice on ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the solution. This role involves coordinating with our internal IT teams during the implementation and deployment stages of the S/4 HANA project. The goal is to take charge of the solution, overseeing its implementation in collaboration with the relevant internal and project teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with business workshops for designing the upcoming Core Design to ensure seamless integration of the S/4Hana Finance solution.
- Support in adjusting the FI-CO configuration based on insights from business workshops.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and development teams.
- Create detailed specification documents (in English).
- Provide support for launching the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Identify post-MVP releases in collaboration with internal IT teams and devise implementation methods to minimize operational impacts on the existing Information System.
- Contribute to the Master Data and Data Cleansing strategy for integration.
- Engage in integration, testing, and migration strategies.
- Enhance the envisioned solutions by the Product Owner with digital insights (best practices, alignment with market standards, etc.).
- Offer suggestions for improvements to the product backlog.
- Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing the Product Backlog.
- Recommend prioritization adjustments based on perceived value.
- Participate in the lifecycle of the Product Backlog.
- Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and easily understood by all.
- Detail each chosen feature as a User Story that can be implemented within one sprint, including necessary acceptance criteria for the team.
- Understand and prioritize Technical Stories and Defect Stories proposed by the team.
- Clarify any User Story queries from the Development Team during a Sprint.
- Participate actively in Agile events with the team.
Skills & Competencies:
- Business analysis skills.
- Ability to model business flows in the new IS system based on S/4HANA.
- Expertise in F2M flow.
- Definition and management of F2M domain interfaces.
- Strong understanding of MM/FI integration.
- Hands-on experience with configuring the new S4HANA system.
- Proficiency in working with the Agile Scrum methodology.
- Strong proposal skills complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent listening skills paired with articulate expression.
- Fluent English communication.
- Involvement in innovative projects closely aligned with business needs.
- Team-oriented with a knack for synthesis and attention to detail.
- Comfortable sharing and transferring knowledge to various stakeholders, including within the Agile team.
- Practical understanding of Agile methodologies.
Profile:
- Over 5 years of experience in large-scale transformation projects.
- Successful track record in ERP S4HANA implementation or deployment settings.
- Familiarity with the “Finance to Manage” domain on S4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP PO and BTP (Business Technology Platform) would be advantageous.
- Proficient in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Agile projects, particularly in digital contexts.
