Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Supervision of Purchases and Flows: Ensure the smooth functioning of administrative and accounting processes related to purchases, in coordination with various company departments. Supervise inventory management and implement operational tools to optimize activities.
- Oversee Order and Sales Processes: Manage invoicing for France, the EU, and non-EU countries, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations. Oversee the efficient processing of customer orders, from receipt to delivery.
- Drive Collections & Payments: Monitor the application of credit sales rules, track receivables, and initiate recovery actions, providing clear monthly reporting. Collaborate with sales teams to manage client payment terms.
- Lead Administrative Teams: Motivate and develop your team to maximize productivity and performance, set clear objectives, and assess results.
- Champion Process Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to propose and implement innovative solutions that optimize administrative processes, import-export operations, and debt recovery workflows.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Expertise: Hands-on experience in import-export operations and administrative management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Excel.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and financial optimization.
