Workflow description
The workflow requires using digital tools to research online markets and the information about prospects you will be working with. You will establish and maintain contact with potential customers based on their travel inquiries. It is essential to communicate with clients both orally and in writing to earn their trust and to collect various details for effective travel request processing. You will also need to search for, select, price, and present the internal product based on customer needs. All of the above will lead to closing profitable sales through additional appointment scheduling, negotiation and persuasion. Last but not the least is the provision of a perfect post-sale service for maintaining relationships and continuously expanding the returning customer database. All of the above will be done through team work and interaction with other departments as well as with superiors who will guide you toward professional success.
