Business Plane Logistics, an international company specializing in express transportation worldwide and headquartered in Chisinau, is looking for a motivated person who is ready to learn, develop, realize self-potential and receive excellent remuneration for it.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations activities to ensure everything runs smoothly. Focus on the most critical shipments, especially when it's busy, while keeping an eye on overall operations.
- Maintain an up-to-date database and ensure all documentation for shipments is accurate. This includes filling out company CRM with all relevant information and sending order confirmations to clients in a timely manner.
- Assist with shipment planning and finalization, ensuring that all details are correct and that shipments are properly coordinated.
- Support with invoicing, checking that costs are accurate. If any discrepancies arise, promptly liaise with the courier to resolve issues
Specific Education & Experience Requirements:
- English (C1), to communicate effectively in an English speaking environment;
- Previous experience in logistics is not required but would be a strong advantage;
- Good working knowledge of computer systems/applications; i. E. Microsoft Word, Excel;
- High attention to detail and multitasking;
- Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete assignments within deadlines;
- Ability to understand and apply in practice a high volume of information.
