US Software Solutions is looking for a Marketing & Presentation Specialist who will focus on developing, coordinating, and delivering compelling presentations while ensuring alignment with social media strategy and broader marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should understand the American market, business culture, and digital trends. They will work closely with marketing specialists, designers, and leadership to create impactful presentations and cohesive messaging across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with marketing specialists and designers to create visually engaging and content-driven presentations for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams;
• Ensure messaging is customized to resonate with American business audiences, balancing professionalism with persuasive storytelling;
• Transform complex industry-specific information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing slides;
• Assist in creating and managing social media posts to maintain a strong brand presence;
• Analyze engagement and trends to refine strategies and collaborate with the team on brainstorming future content ideas;
• Ensure messaging stays professional and aligned with brands' storytelling;
• Collaborate with the team to align messaging across presentations, social media, websites, and promotional materials;
• Support content creation for ads, reports, and PR initiatives;
• Manage structured workflows for timely campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, written content creation, or a related role;
• Advanced English Proficiency – Strong knowledge of written and spoken English for clear, professional communication;
• Confident in crafting presentations with clear messages and effectively communicating with stakeholders;
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and AI usage capability for content optimization;
• Ability to simplify complex information into compelling messaging;
• Detail-oriented and skilled in researching contextual images;
• Deep understanding of the American market and digital trends;
• Excellent multitasking and project management skills;
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
