Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal guidance on employment law and workplace policies.
• Support employee relations by addressing legal issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance.
• Draft, review, and implement contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other employment-related legal documents.
• Monitor changes in labor law and advise the company on necessary updates.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement legal strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws in Moldova.
• Experience with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
