Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal guidance on employment law and workplace policies.
- Support employee relations by addressing legal issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance.
- Draft, review, and implement contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other employment-related legal documents.
- Monitor changes in labor law and advise the company on necessary updates.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement legal strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in employment law.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws in Moldova.
- Experience with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
