Our friendly, energetic, and ambitious team is now actively searching for an HR Recruiter, who will become an indispensable part of our collective.   
 
YOU WILL PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE TEAM:

• You will be searching for and selecting Juniors and Mid-Level Positions 
• You will be conducting initial interviews with candidates
• You will take part in organizing and conducting interviews with the manager of the department
• You will accompany candidates until they receive final feedback
• You will be responsible for reporting and the database of candidates (the automated platform SAP Success Factors)
• You will cooperate with clients from various subdivisions
• You will hold 1:1 meetings with new employees
• You will participate in other cool projects of the HR team (Assessment Centre, Adaptation, Employee Retention, etc.)

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, IT’S IMPORTANT TO:

• Be open and communicative (love people and be ready to talk a lot)
• Possess strong skills in headhunting for key positions (will be an advantage)
• Have more than 1 year of similar work experience (expertise in talent acquisition or experience in recruiting agencies is preferable)
• Knowledge of various sources for finding personnel (websites, social networks, thematic groups/communities, etc.)
• Be skilled at giving presentations
• Be proficient in the Russian, Romanian, and English (B1-B2) languages
• Know how to use MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Be ready for intensive and very interesting work
