We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager who will focus on employee retention, engagement and talent acquisition. The role involves work in a dynamic environment addressing teams of professionals working for both Moldova and Romania markets, based in Chisinau and Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR business partnership to managers and employees;
- Collaborate with managers to create and maintain a positive work environment and foster employee engagement;
- Ensure smooth recruitment process in the company aligning with business goals;
- Establish and conduct the onboarding process;
- Manage and mentor a team of an HR Specialist and a Recruiter, fostering a high-performance work environment while effectively delegating tasks to optimize team productivity;
- Budget and control expenses for HR initiatives implementation;
- Advise Senior Management on market salary and benefits structure benchmarks, best practices, and provide valuable insights;
- Implement HR policies in line with Group practices;
- Monitor HR analytics and provide insights and initiate improvements;
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of quarterly local company events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager/ HR Business Partner / HR Generalist, experience within call/contact center, retail, wholesale, logistics or telecommunications industries will be considered as advantage;
- In-depth knowledge and practical skills in HR Operations, Recruitment, Retention, Internal Communication, C&B, L&D and other HR-related practices;
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR plans and policies;
- Experience managing HR budgets;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very good English skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
The compensation level for this position is stating from 28 000 MDL net and will be evaluated/discussed individually based on the level of the skills and competencies of the candidate.
