Driver Hiring Manager (remote)

• Work schedule: evening shift (16:00 – 24:00)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of employees for the position of Drivers: interviewing, selection of candidates, presentation of selected candidates to the management.
• Monitor driver performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, resolving operational issues quickly to ensure seamless service.
• Manage and maintain Driver Qualification Files in compliance with legal and company requirements.

Requirements:

• High level knowledge and practical application of the English language
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in HR or similar areas of work
