Logistics company based in US is hiring dispatch with experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in the trucking industry (Flatbed, Stepdeck, Conestoga)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to combine loads and work with partials

We offer:

• 2% of the gross from the day one ($3,000-$7,000 a month) with an opportunity to raise the percentage up to 3%
• Office in Chișinău or Rolling Meadows, IL, all the necessary equipment
• Friendly team, supporting management
• Flexible Schedule - work hard, rest harder, our working hours are 2pm till 1am 5 days a week but it is fine to go home when the job is done
• 5-10 trucks to haul
