Role Overview: We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Strategy Lead to drive and optimize our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:
Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to luxury travel audiences.
Conduct market research to understand target demographics and develop strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Oversee a multichannel approach that combines social media, SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and referral programs to achieve marketing objectives.
2. Drive Campaign Performance and Adaptability:
Execute digital marketing plans across platforms with flexibility to adjust based on performance data.
Track and analyze key performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to improve ROI and achieve company targets.
Leverage tools like Google Analytics and SEO software to refine strategies and enhance campaign impact.
3.Team Development and Leadership (nice to have):
Support the hiring, training, and development of a high-performing marketing team as needed.
Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture and provide guidance on marketing best practices.

6. Build Cross-Functional Relationships:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, DevOps) to align on objectives and integrate marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, presenting ideas and updates in a clear and engaging manner.
7. Champion Creativity and Innovation:
Develop innovative and engaging marketing ideas that resonate with our luxury-oriented audience.
Experiment with creative approaches and adjust quickly to industry shifts and new digital tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated success in strategy and growth.
2-3 years of experience in a leadership or team development role.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Proven ability to make data-informed decisions and adapt strategies to meet changing demands.
