Data Entry Specialist

Our International Team consists of approximately 150 professionals delivering the best quality solutions for our customers. We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify paychecksfor employees on a weekly basis;
• Ensure that the withholding and/or deductions associated with net pay is done properly;
• Analyze and resolve pay discrepancies and address issues;
• Maintain employee payroll records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures;
• Provide reports as requested by manager.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting recommended;
• Knowledges of Microsoft Office (Excel);
• Precise attention to detail;
• Intermediate verbal and written English communication skills;
