We are looking for a reliable Support Tehnical manager to act as a communication point for brokers and truck drivers.

The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices.
  • Work in the software transport management system.
  • Ability to keep calm in stressful situations, flexible willing to work in day and switch also to middle shift.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Ability to put together a team of professionals.
