Position overview
We are thrilled to announce a job opportunity for the position of Customer Service Manager at Vetropack. Customer Service Managerwill be responsible to provide ongoing support to customers in Moldova and abroad.

- Serve as nternal and external contact for all customer-specific technical questions.
- Review, respond, and follow through on customer escalations.
- Visit customers' production to evaluate complaints and discuss possible solutions to resolve the problem.
- Cross-plant customer support for specific product groups, intercompany business and in relation to our SAM system.
- Associate degree or above in Sales, Quality, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-year successful experience in customer service positions.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Strong skills, in order to assist clients with their requests, complaints and needs.
- Teamwork skills, problem solving, and proactive approach.
- Fluently in Romanian and English.
