Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Processing requests from customers via e-mails
  • Correspondence with customers via e-mails
  • Provide timely responses and regular assistance during the service
  • Managing relationships with partners
  • Other tasks related to great customer experience
  • Help colleagues when it is necessary

Requirements for candidates:

  • English Language (Advanced)
  • Any additional European languages are welcome (like German, French, Italian)
  • Computer fluency (Outlook, Word, browsers, e-mail, etc)
  • Responsibility
  • Ability to multi-tasking
  • Self-motivation
  • Team member & Positive attitude

Conditions and benefits:

  • Motivating salary - fixed, starting from 700 up to 1500 € (depending on skills and the possibility to work autonomously)
