YOU WILL PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE TEAM:
Take initiative in organizing HR functions, including Succession Planning and Leadership Development Programs
Develop and implement training strategies and programs
Organize Post-training Sessions and Specialized Training Sessions in the relevant fields
Cooperate with General Managers to identify and assess training and developmental needs
Provide feedback about trainees and specialists to appropriate managers
Assess the success of the development plans and modifications where necessary
Analyze the results and prepare Personal Development Plans
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, IT’S IMPORTANT TO:
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Learning and Development or positions with training responsibilities
Be proficient in the Russian and English (B2) languages
Be skilled at giving presentations
Have impeccable communication skills
Know how to use MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Be orientated to self-development
Have driven for results
