We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take over the daily management of our operations and contribute to optimizing our internal processes. As a COO at MivoCloud, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and service quality while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

• Languages: Romanian, Russian, English (reading / writing / speaking Medium level).

• Managing operational activities to ensure internal process efficiency
• Supervising service quality for customers
• Ensuring proactive problem-solving and automation to prevent recurring issues
• Process optimization and cost reduction
• Organizing and streamlining financial and accounting processes
• Coordinating and optimizing sales operations
• Managing and overseeing the technical and procurement departments
• Ensuring smooth collaboration between departments
• Performance monitoring and periodic reporting
• Managing the existing team and optimizing the company’s structure
