Car Hauling Dispatcher

In this role, you will coordinate dispatch operations and contribute to the smooth execution of internal procedures. The Dispatcher will play a key role within the operations team.
We work with 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9 car haulers.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF Editor;
• Relevant experience in Car Hauling;
• Advanced English communication skills (intermediate/advanced level);
• Excellent organizational skills, sociability, and negotiation abilities;
• Capability to manage and confirm loads for multiple locations;
• Continuous monitoring of road conditions and traffic events to optimize transport routes;
• Polite demeanor, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer:

• Management of a minimum of 4 trucks;
• Full-time position with the following work schedule:
• Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (depending on workload);
• Reliable team and a professional work environment;

• Attractive financial package with a commission of 2.5%+ and motivating monthly bonuses.

Salary is based on experience.
