Call-Center Operator (English)

About the Role

We seek a dynamic English Telephone Pre-Qualifier Agent to be the first point of contact for potential retail investors. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a knack for creating meaningful conversations over the phone, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential retail investors using an automatic dialer.
• Verify and update contact details in the system accurately.
• Clearly and concisely explain investment opportunities to pique interest.
• Ask 6-7 strategic questions to understand the prospect's personal and financial status, including income and economic interests.
• Schedule call-back appointments with a Trading Specialist to continue the conversation.

Requirements

• Fluency in English: High-level spoken English is a must.
• Experience in telesales or call center environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills to handle call schedules efficiently.
