Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Billing Analyst to work with our International Partners.
The Billing Analyst will be responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the billing team, ensuring that bill runs are processed materially accurately and dealing with any issues and incidents impacting billing. He/ she will be in charge of ad-hoc support identifying improvements and fixes, whilst working with the wider organization to deliver solutions.
what you will be doing:
Analyse billing data to ensure all billing activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements;
Investigate and resolve billing disputes or issues by reviewing contracts, payment history, and communication with clients or internal teams.
Identify billing discrepancies and recommend improvements to billing processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Assist the Billing TL and Senior Billing Analysts in ticket resolution or any queries that might arise, providing support with the daily processing of pre and post bill runs.
Monitor customer payments and apply payments to correct accounts.
Provide support for internal teams to resolve any billing-related issues efficiently.
what we are looking for:
University Degree
Experience working with HOBS or other utilities billing system - an advantage but not necessary. Strong transferrable analytical abilities necessary
Experience in Excel highly useful, including vlookups, sumifs, countifs, and the ability to manage data sets to identify errors
A desire to innovate to deliver process improvement
Confidence and ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Be comfortable to be working in changing environment
Attention to detail with a desire to get things right
Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment and must have willingness to pitch-in when asked to support other areas
