Main responsibilities include:
- Providing professional, efficient and courteous service to all customers
- Ensuring that all working areas are clean and tidy at all times
- Responsible for setting up of bar area
- Re-stocking the bar and cellar
- Preparing and serving drinks, including Cocktails
- Thorough working knowledge of food & beverage menus and ability to guide guest as necessary
Personal requirements
- Min. 2 years’ experience in Food and Drink field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian
- Highly organized and flexible
- Beverage Knowledge
