Allied Testing is a leading specialist software QA and Testing firm with focus on the finance industry.
We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our administrative departments, specifically in managing daily administrative tasks.
This role involves:
- Coordinating internal administrative workflows, maintaining and updating data in information systems, verifying and archiving related documents, creating reports.
- Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting task
Requirements:
- Analytical skills: ability to verify data, find errors and suggest corrections, good mental math.
- Attention to detail: accuracy in working with numbers and calculations.
- Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communication skills: effective verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients.
- Computer proficiency: professional use of MS Excel, Word or other spreadsheet and word processing applications. Knowledge in database basics is a plus.
- Language proficiency: English at least B2 level, Russian fluent.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 11:00 to 19:30.
