- We are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled Video Operator to film cinematic, dynamic, and engaging content for YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.
- Film high-quality, cinematic videos for YouTube and social media.
- Work with lighting, composition, and framing to achieve a professional look.
- Operate Sony, Canon, or other professional mirrorless cameras.
- Capture smooth, dynamic shots using gimbals and stabilizers.
- Direct talent on set (Valery Fain or other featured personalities) to ensure the best performance and natural flow.
- Plan and execute creative shot lists based on the content strategy and storyline.
- Adapt quickly to different shooting environments and styles.
- Organize and back up footage, ensuring all material is safely stored and delivered to the editor.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory – all communication, planning, and coordination will be in English.
- Strong experience as a video operator, camera operator, or cinematographer.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, cinematic techniques, and directing talent.
- Proficiency in professional camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.
- Ability to work independently and make real-time creative decisions.
- Experience in filming for digital platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
- Passionate about content creation and always looking to improve shot quality and efficiency.
- Available for travel and on-location shoots.
- Above-market salary, based on experience.
