Call Centre Operator – Freight Brokerage (USA & Canada Market)
Location: Botanica, Office-Based
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
We’re looking for motivated and driven individuals who:

• Speak and write fluent English
• Have excellent phone and email communication skills
• Are confident in reaching out to new prospects and building relationships
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and hungry to hit performance goals
• Are comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and online tools to manage daily outreach
• Work well independently but also collaborate easily with a close-knit team
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection and keep going

What you’ll do:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services
• Send cold emails and follow-ups to nurture leads and build interest
• Research the U.S. and Canadian freight market to find new prospects
• Qualify leads based on criteria and help prepare the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and communication
• Track your performance and consistently hit call and lead generation targets
• Adapt to shifting time zones, communicating with prospects across North America
