Internship Opportunity: Commercial Administration Assistant (Sales & Export Department)

Location: Chișinău

We are currently looking for an intern to join our Commercial team, supporting the Export Department in its day-to-day activities. This is a valuable opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants to explore international trade and gain practical experience in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to export sales
• Support the preparation of contracts and customer documentation
• Coordinate the delivery of wine samples to international clients
• Assist with travel arrangements and hospitality planning for visiting partners
• Communicate and collaborate with various departments (Sales, Logistics, Marketing, etc.)

Candidate Profile:

• Student or graduate in Business, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
• Interest in international sales, trade, or the wine and beverage industry
• Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Romanian (Russian is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
