• Coordinate and dispatch reefer and dry van freight loads
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Communicate with drivers to provide load information and updates
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process
• Previous experience in dispatching, preferably with open-deck freight
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
