Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s debt collection strategy;
- Lead, manage, and develop the debt collection team;
- Set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure high-quality collection processes;
- Collaborate closely with the legal department, outsourcing agencies, and debt collection service providers;
- Analyze debt portfolio and prepare reports for top management;
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role in debt collection;
- Fluent in Romanian and Russian, English at B1-B2 level;
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking;
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and make prompt decisions;
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more people;
- Basic knowledge of relevant legal regulations;
- Previous experience in a call center environment is an advantage.
