Nuvalo is an international leading staffing company with over 20 years of experience in recruitment and workforce solutions. We are expanding our operations and opening a company in Moldova to offer various HR solutions and support recruitment projects. We are looking for a talented and proactive Company Manager to join Nuvalo team. The office is expected to open as soon as we find a suitable candidate, and we are excited to welcome a new team member who will help us launch and grow our operations in Moldova.

Position Overview:
This is a multi-functional role. As the Company Manager you will act as a board member and will play a pivotal role in managing the office and supporting the smooth operation of our recruitment activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual to be a key part of our Moldova office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial oversight, strategic planing
• Business development
• Day-to-day activities of running the company
• Provide employment guidance and advice to local workers seeking job opportunities in Europe
• Conduct market research to understand the local labor market and recruitment trends
• Post job advertisements, screen applicants, and conduct initial interviews
• Handle confidential employee information with honesty and integrity
• Collaborate with Nuvalo’s other offices to ensure efficient operations
• Manage and maintain employee-related paperwork and documentation
• Assist with identifying and securing office space in Moldova

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR or recruitment
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Citizenship of the Republic of Moldova
• Clean criminal record
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Romanian (both spoken and written)
• A valid Category B driver’s license
• A flexible, adaptable personality and readiness to take on diverse tasks
• Availability for occasional business travel locally and abroad
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
