Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Supply Chain Fulfillment Analyst to work with our International Partners. What you will be doing:
Manage and maintain supply planning files (Excel spreadsheets) for all areas
Review and analyze data to identify potential errors or extraordinary patterns
Create and manage material master data in SAP
Create and manage blanked orders (outline agreements) in SAP
Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP
Send PO documents to suppliers and ensure timely delivery
Review POs for planned goods receipts and invoice receipts, and update accordingly
Support process improvements within the team
What we are looking for:
Strong experience with Excel and SAP (preferably)
Good understanding of supply chain processes and procedures
Ability to independently resolve issues using existing solutions
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different regions
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
A proactive "can-do" attitude and willingness to contribute to process improvements
